Music Notes
By Kelby Robinson, K-12 General and Vocal Music Teacher
It’s already the beginning of the year and we’re starting our school year with many exciting activities here in the music department. Elementary families- please mark your calendars for the elementary concerts on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 and Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 7:00pm in the new gym. You won’t want to miss it! Also, please see the note that was sent home with your child the first day of school to see what they will be learning this year. MS/HS choir families, please see the calendar tab on this website and the handout that was sent home with the list of important dates for the year. We have many exciting events planned. I want to take a moment again to say thank you for supporting your child’s music education. Music is a gift they will be able to continue benefitting from their entire lives. I invite you to join your child for music class any day you choose. We would love to have you! If you have any questions throughout the year please don't hesitate to call me at the school, stop by, or email me at kelby.robinson@k12.sd.us
Thank you for all you do to support the Garretson Music Department! We hope to see you at all our upcoming events.
